Burglary at shop

Burglars struck a retail showroom selling wrist watches and electronic goods in the city on Monday. Police said that the showroom on West Masi Street was closed on Saturday night and with Sunday being a holiday, the employees opened the shop on Monday morning and found that many watches were missing from the showcase.

Preliminary inquiries revealed that the burglars had gained entry from the rear side of the showroom by breaking open the window.
