BANGALORE: A cartoon drawn on environment by cartoonist B.V. Pandurganga Rao, depicting a bird carrying its small ones in search of a tree, was selected at the 10th Porto Cartoon World Festival exhibition held recently in Portugal under “Free subject” category. Over 510 cartoonists from 70 countries with over 2,000 cartoons participated in the contest. — Staff Reporter
