Drawing competitions

SALEM: Salem Government Museum and Rotary District 2980 jointly conducted a drawing competition for children at Gokulanatha Hindu Higher Secondary School here on Sunday.Nearly 300 students from various city schools from Standard I to XII exhibited their prowess on the canvass. Selvamaligai S Manickam presided over the prize distribution function. Rotarians R. Balasundaram and B. Sankarram participated. In another event, Salem Round Table 28 and Salem Ladies Circle 28 jointly conducted a drawing competition for differently-abled kids. The competition was conducted in SIMEC Mentally Challenged Students School and Deaf and Dumb Government School here. Around 130 students took part.
