TIRUCHI: After ‘Arai En 305il Kadavul’ Shankar’s S Pictures is producing ‘Eeram,’ the shooting for which is going on in full swing at Tiruchi. The film, directed by debutant Arivazhagan, has Aadhi of ‘Mirugam’, Nandha and Sindhu Menon in the lead.

The flashback portions of the movie featuring Aadhi and Sindhu Menon in their college days are being shot in the city and neighbouring areas. Cinematography is by Manoj Pramahamsa.

“Having worked under Shankar, he knows to extract the best from the artistes. Also he is doing his first film for a big banner and that is a lot of responsibility,” felt a member of the film crew. It is a makeover for Aadhi, who played a ruffian in his maiden Tamil venture ‘Mirugam.’ He looks every inch a middle class college goer in ‘Eeram.’

Malaikottai, Mukkombu, K.K. Nagar and Srirangam are among the locations for the shooting, which will be on in Tiruchi for the next few days. The film is slated for April release.
