Training programme in puppet making for teachers

With keen interest: Elementary school teachers in Krishnagiri taking part in making puppets on Saturday. —
KRISHNAGIRI: Training of making puppet dance charts for elementary school teachers was held in Krishnagiri district on Saturday. The training was conducted under the aegis of Sarva Siksha Abhian wing of the Education Department.
As many as 2,540 elementary school teachers took part in one-day programme being held in 121 cluster resource centres in 10 blocks in the district.
In Krishnagiri block, the programme was conducted in 13 block resource centres.
In Krishnagiri town, the training programme was held at RC Fathima Elementary School and RC Elementary Girls School.
The programme was supervised by the Sarva Siksha Abiyan coordinator K. Selvanayagam and R. Akila block resource teacher conducted the programme.
Total sanitation programme
A two-day training programme on total sanitation will be held on Monday and Tuesday at Krishnagiri. About 100 school teachers would participate in the programme.
