Jupiter Entertainment venture with STAR

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Jupiter Entertainment Ventures has entered into a joint venture with STAR, aimed at enhancing television viewing experience of South Indian audience. A press note from Asianet Communications Ltd., said here that this joint venture was named STAR Jupiter Entertainment Television Limited (STAR Jupiter). Under the agreement and subject to regulatory approvals, STAR Jupiter would have majority interest in leading Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil channels. —Special Correspondent
