Lawyers to stay away from Bench

The Madurai Bench High Court Advocates Association (MBHAA) has resolved to abstain from the court proceedings on Friday to condemn police inaction during a clash between law college students in Chennai on Wednesday. According to a communiqué from MBHAA secretary M. Subash Babu, lawyers would also form a human chain outside the Bench to stress the need for cordial relations among students.
