IMI buys UK digital content delivery company

HYDERABAD: IMI, a provider of mobile value-added services for content providers, mobile operators and media agencies, has acquired 100 per cent stake in ‘dx3’, a London-based digital content delivery services provider, for an undisclosed amount. IMI has presence in over 40 countries. IMI, whihch has presence in over 40 countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East, acquired dx3 was part of its expansion plan in Europe. — Special Correspondent
