Rs. 3 lakh worth property stolen

HYDERABAD: Thieves took away gold jewellery weighing 220 grams, 1,500 US dollars and Rs. 4,500 after breaking into flat at Domalguda.

The apartment owner Seetha Rama Rao went to L.B. Nagar along with his family members to attend a function in a close relative’s house on Monday and stayed back there for that night. His neighbours on Tuesday morning found the latch of the flat doors broken and alerted him. On return, Mr. Rao found the offenders had also broken the almirah in the bedroom and took away property worth Rs. 3 lakh.
