OU reschedules examination

HYDERABAD: Osmania University has re-scheduled its examination to be held on November 12 apparently in view of the educational institutions bandh call given by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Wednesday protesting against the infiltration of Bangladeshis into India. The revised date would be notified later. There is no change in the schedule of remaining examinations.

JNTU exams

However, the JNTU examinations will be held as per schedule. JNTU Registrar E. Saibaba Reddy said that the ongoing semester examinations will not be postponed as the academic schedule will get disturbed.

ABVP State secretary Kadiyam Raju in statement said that the bandh has been called as a part of the nation-wide bandh call against infiltration.
