HMDA to auction 83 plots
HYDERABAD: The notification for auction of 83 plots at different locations in the city and suburbs is being issued by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Wednesday.
According to the HMDA officials, these plots were the ones that did not find successful bidders when put for auction the last time. “We had an auction for 100 plots but only 17 were picked up then. The rest are being put for auction again now,” he said.
The plots for which auction is to be held include one at Nandagiri Hills, two each at Madhapur Huda Techno Enclave and Ramachandrapuram, six each at Nalagandla and Mushk Mahal, three each at Vanasthalipuram and Asifnagar new and old layouts, 16 at Ramachandrapuram and 44 at Miyapur. The notification will also be available on the HMDA website from tomorrow and the necessary forms and documents can be downloaded, the official said adding that the last date for applying was November 26.
