Fatal fall for cop

NEW DELHI: A Delhi Police head constable died after he fell from a building at Malviya Nagar here on Tuesday.

Head Constable Chandra Pal was posted with the VII Battalion of the Delhi Armed Police. He was attached with the workshop division.

The incident took place in the morning when Chandra Pal apparently lost balance and fell from the terrace of his house in the Malviya Nagar police colony. He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead.

Inquest proceedings have been initiated by the police.
