Recruitment drive for diploma holders

HYDERABAD: The Institute for Electronic Governance (IEG) is undertaking a drive to recruit diploma holders in Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).

Candidates who have diplomas in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Control with a minimum of 60 per cent of marks in SSC or 50 per cent of marks in Intermediate are eligible for the jobs.

Applicants should not have any backlog papers at the time of joining. Those who are in Intermediate along with this diploma can also apply but they should gain the certificate before the joining date.

Apart from a five-figure salary, the selected candidates will also get other benefits like cab facility, night allowance, interest-free loans, medical, hospitalisation and life insurance, subsidised lunch and education assistance. Selection will be done through a test that will have questions on general aptitude, English language and fundamental of computers. Eligible candidates can apply online on ‘ www.ieg.gov.in/diploma’ or principals of colleges can send the list of eligible students to ‘ ieg.diploma@gmail.com’ The last date for applying is November 18, according to P. Madhav, Director (Promotions), IEG.
