Letters to the Editor
In the moment of glory, let not Team India forget its moments of worry — fielding at the slips. Let it also not forget that it has an inconsistent middle order. Let us accept that this is one of the weakest Australian teams ever to have travelled to India with just one bowler and three to four batsmen with little sub-continent experience. Of course, the Dhoni team did have moments to cherish with dependable pairs — Ishanth–Zaheer, Harbhajan–Amit Mishra and Sehwag–Gambir — rising to the occasion frequently. Let us introspect at this moment of glory and tighten those loose ends which are vital for early breakthroughs. Let us wish Team India a few more tough series. P. Ram Iyer, Bangalore
