Symposium on research

BANGALORE: “New frontiers of literary research”, a two-day national-level symposium, will be organised by the Department of English, Seshadripuram College, in association with Sahitya Akademi, from Tuesday. A release said that the symposium aimed to nurture a culture of research in the academic world.

The event will be held at Jnana Jyothi Auditorium on the Central College Campus. Jnanpith award winner U.R. Ananthamurthy will inaugurate the programme. Scholars of national and international repute will take part in it, the release added.
