Nagarajan hits century

VELLORE: A sparkling century by G. Nagarajan (101) enabled Venus Cricket Club defeat Blue Star Cricket Club by 73 runs in the first match of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association-Canara Bank first division league, held at the Thanthai Periyar E.V.R. Government Polytechnic ground here on Sunday.

Venus CC 230 in 40 overs (G. Nagarajan 101, R. Ramesh 59, M. Prakash four for 25) bt Blue Star CC 157 in 26 overs (Hari 53).
