Protest against killing of Orissa VHP leader

Karwar: Hindu organisations took out a procession at Dandeli on Friday in protest against the killing of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati in Orissa. Sri Laxmanananda Saraswati was against religious conversion by force or appeasement. His killing was an “international conspiracy”, said BJP leader Roshan Netravali. The procession was taken out under the leadership of Vasudev Prabhu and Shivanand Gggari.
