Ophthalmic body to stage dharna

NEW DELHI: The National Ophthalmic Association will organise a dharna in front of the office of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Nirman Bhavan on Monday to press its various demands. The demands include legalisation of the profession by formation of a council, change of designation, award of a uniform diploma or degree and a uniform standard pay scale.
