EPF’s appeal to employers

PUDUCHERRY: Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has appealed to the employers of all establishments covered under the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 to submit annual returns in Form 3A and 6A for 2007-08.

A release said that to avoid criminal proceedings for default, the organisations should submit the forms immediately. The employers, who had already submitted the returns but were yet to receive the annual account slips for their employees, should make a written representation or appear in person with proof of submission of copies before Saurabh Swami, Assistant P. F Commissioner (Officer-in Charge), Sri Venni Commercial Complex, No 101, 100 Feet Road, Cholan Nagar, Olandai Keerapalayam, the release said.
