Site for dumping debris

The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike has permitted the public to dump waste and construction debris into the Chikkabettahalli quarry, off Yelahanka-Yeshwanthpur Main Road. Soil removed from lakes, storm water drains, from construction sites like flyovers, underpasses, road development and other projects and construction debris can be dumped into the quarry. However, garbage cannot be dumped into the quarry. Details can be had from Virpukasha Mysore, Joint Commissioner, Byatarayanapura Zone (9448482404) and Nagaraju, Chief Engineer (9739042606).
