Bangalore: Vikram Venkatesh’s 107 guided Shimoga to 326 for nine in the stipulated 90-over first innings against Mangalore in a KSCA inter-zonal under-16 match which commenced at Shimoga on Tuesday. At close, Mangalore was 23 for no loss in eight overs.

Bangalore City XI 161 in 37.5 overs (G. Sanjit Shankar five for 67) vs. President’s XI 108 for two in 34 overs (Prithvi Singh 49 batting).
Mysore 237 in 69.1 overs (Lakshman 59) vs. Tumkur 49 for three in 13 overs.
At Shimoga: Shimoga 326 for nine in 90 overs (Vikram Venkatesh 107, Rajat 50, Karthikeyan 50, Vijay Kumar 40) vs. Mangalore 23 for no loss in eight overs.
At Bhadravati: Combined City XI 230 in 75.4 overs (S.S. Darshan 113) vs. Bangalore Zone 60 for one in 20 overs.
