CBSE schools athletics from November 7

KOCHI: The all-Kerala CBSE schools athletics championship, organised by Aluva’s Crescent Public School, will be held at the Maharaja’s Stadium here from November 7 to 9.

Over 1,500 boys and girls from nearly 100 schools will be seen in action in the three-day meet and competitions will be held in the under-19, 16 and 14 age groups.

An Organising Committee, with T. O. Abdulla as the chairman, P. Pushpalatha as the organising secretary and M. M. Abdul Rahiman as general convener, has been formed for the conduct of the championship. — Principal Correspondent
