Governor interacts with SHG women

BERHAMPUR: Governor Muralidhar Chandrakant Bhandare visited Gajapati and Rayagada districts of south Orissa on Tuesday. During his visit he interacted with the women of Self-Help Groups (SHG), orphanages and also reviewed the developmental projects in these districts. At Paralakhemundi in Gajapati district he was honoured by the citizens’ committee. He presented sewing machines and computers to an orphanage at Rasuru and also addressed a gathering of women SHG representatives from different parts of the district.
