FAPS boys win
BANGALORE: Frank Anthony Public School (FAPS) claimed the title in the boys’ under-16 section of the fifth Ramesh Padukone memorial inter-school badminton championship at the Prakash Courts here. In the final, FAPS beat Sri Vidya Mandir 2-1.
The results (all finals): Team event: Boys: Under-16: FAPS bt Vidya Mandir 2-1; Under-14: V.V.S. Sardar Patel HS bt PPEC 2-1; Under-12: Delhi PS bt Sri Vidya Mandir 2-1; Under-10: Cathedral Composite bt MES Kishore Kendra 2-1.
Girls: Under-16: Yenkay Education Centre bt FAPS 2-1; Under-14: Vidyashilp Academy bt Kendriya Vidyalaya 2-0.
