The United States is expected soon to begin a series of consultations with interested allied Governments on means of helping under-developed nations attack their basic problems of health and education, State Department sources said to-day. Officials said the allied countries to be consulted would include the members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and such nations in the Pacific as Australia and New Zealand.
