Cell phones stolen

At least forty new mobile phones were reportedly stolen from a shop at K.K. Nagar here on Friday night. Police said burglars broke into the shop of Shivakumar on Rajamannar Road and decamped with the phones. The accused had gained entry by forcing open the makeshift ceiling of the shop. The K.K. Nagar police are investigating.
