THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Employees of the Local Self-Government Department (LGSD) have been directed to furnish details of their personal assets to the government. As per the directive, employees of Urban Affairs, Panchayat, Municipal Common Service, Rural Development and Town and Country Planning Departments will have to provide details of the assets they have inherited, acquired and bequeathed to their department heads. It is mandatory for all employees to furnish details of the assets to their department head before January 15 every year. Except in the case of certain departments, these rules are not being followed.
