Golfer John Daly detained

WINSTON-SALEM (USA): Golfer John Daly was taken into custody by the Winston-Salem police after he was found drunk outside an area named the Hooters Restaurant last weekend. Police said in a statement that officers went to the restaurant on a medical call recently. When they arrived, Daly was being treated by emergency workers after losing consciousness. — AP
