Kimberley Process meeting


NEW DELHI: Union Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath will inaugurate the three-day plenary meeting of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) here on November 3. India, one of the founding members of KPCS formed by the United Nations to prevent illicit diamond trade, has assumed charge of the Chair for this year.
