Thrissur: A pledge to protect and uphold the honour of Malayalam would be taken in all offices and educational institutions in connection with Malayalam day celebrations on November 1, according to a release from District Collector V.K. Baby. The Collector has asked heads of all departments to hold conferences on Malayalam, the State’s official language, on November 1.
