Collector’s announcement

Coimbatore: District Collector V. Palanikumar has announced that people wanting to provide financial assistance and other relief materials to the Tamils in Sri Lanka could send them to the Collectorate. The Government would send them to the island nation. Financial assistance should be sent only in the form of cheques and demand drafts drawn in favour of Sri Lankan Tamils Relief Fund. Perishable commodities should be avoided.
