Programme on food processing

HYDERABAD: Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of Andhra Pradesh (ALEAP) is organising a month-long Entrepreneurship Development Programme in food processing from November 1 at its industrial estate at Gajularamaram near Pragathi Nagar, JNTU.

Sponsored by the Union Ministry of Food Processing Industries, the training programme will cover topics such as making of juices, jams, jellies and bakery items, soya been opportunities, latest technology in food processing, book keeping, project report preparation, interaction with bankers, and financial management, a press note from ALEAP said on Wednesday.
