Hyderabad: Sprucespringstien pleased when the horses were exercised here on Wednesday morning (Oct. 29).

Outer grass:

800m: Geography (rb), Royal Quest (rb) 1-0, 600/42.5, 400/28. Former finished two lengths in front. Jay Jay (rb), Vijaysiddanth (Harish), Lone Ranger (Joshi) 56, 600/42, 400/27.5. They moved freely. A 2-y-o bay filly (Burden Of Proof-Soviet Lake) (rb), a 2-y-o bay filly (Burden Of Proof-Aylesbury) (rb) 58, 600/42.5, 400/29.5. They were easy.

1,000m: Vijayrath (Joshi) 1-8, 800/56, 600/41, 400/28. Moved freely.

1,200m: Jaan Baaz (rb), Sikander E Alam (Ali Khan) 1-23, 1,000/1-7, 800/53, 600/39.5, 400/26. Former slightly extended and finished a neck in front. Man On Fire (rb), Southern Queen (Ali Khan) 1-22.5, 1,000/1-6.5, 800/52.5, 600/39.5, 400/25. Former moved slightly better. Stroke Of Luck (rb) 1-30, 1,000/1-14, 800/58, 600/42.5, 400/26.5. Moved well.

Sand:

600m: Cheque De India (rb), Heydan (rb) 47.5, 400/32. They were easy. Integer (rb), Time On (rb) 47.5, 400/31.5. They were easy.

800m: Storm Force (Joshi), Combined Force (Harish) 1-2.5, 600/46.5, 400/31.5. They moved freely. Rudolph Valentino (Sequeira) 58.5, 600/44, 400/29.5. Moved well. A 2-y-o bay filly (Gaswar-Tirolean Gold) (Harish), Vijaysarathi (Joshi) 1-2.5, 600/48, 400/32. Former finished five lengths in front.

1,000m: Sprucespringstien (Harish) 1-11.5, 800/57, 600/44, 400/30. Pleased. Copertina (rb) (1,400-400) 1-16. Easy.

Gate practice (Outer grass):

1,200m: Ruben Stein (Sequeira) 1-25, 1,000/1-10, 800/55, 600/41, 400/28. Took a smart jump. Altai (Anil) 1-26, (1,200-400) 56.5. Jumped out well. Napa Valley (rb), Belle Dancer (Mukesh), Davenport (Christopher) 1-22, (1,200-400) 51. Davenport started from outside of the gate. Napa Valley and Belle Dancer both jumped out well. Chestnut Charmer (Harish), Lucky Damsel (rb), Mayfair Girl (Joshi) 1-19.5, 1,000/1-5, 800/52, 600/39, 400/29. They jumped out well and were separated by three lengths and two lengths. Jia Yoh Jia Yoh (Joshi), Iant She Something (Anil) 1-20, 1,000/1-5.5, 800/53.5, 600/41.5, 400/28.5. They jumped out well and former finished a length in front. Grand Act (Harish), Queen Of Habashe (Ali Khan), Marvel Queen (rb) 1-22, 1,000/1-7, 800/54.5, 600/42, 400/29. Marvel Queen was slowly off. Grand Act finished two lengths in front of Queen Of Habashe.
