BANGALORE: Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Vishweshwara Hegde Kageri will participate in the 46th annual general meeting of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to be held on Thursday. The meeting will be held at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. — Staff Reporter
