Prophylactic Cosmetic Breast Surgery for Impending Breast Cancer Patients

The recent method of gene testing to detect breast cancer is a stepping stone for the successful identification and treatment of the lesion.

American report confirms that one breast cancer patient is identified in every three minutes and Breast cancer stands second in the total incidence of cancer patients.

Another finding of the American study reveals that one out of ten ladies will have cancer incidence and 6% of the breast cancer is gene related. About 1.4 million American ladies are affected with breast cancer.

Many methods of diagnosis of breast cancer by advanced diagnostic techniques leads to early detection of the disease in the modern world.

The concept of Breast cancer treatment is changing from the removal by surgical techniques to preservation of the contour of organ by chemotherapy and radiation treatment proceeded by early detection by mammogram and scanning by MRI & CT.

In case surgical procedure is advocated, the minimal ablation surgery and normal reconstruction of the breast to the satisfaction of the patient lead to creation of self confidence and satisfaction of acceptance of the society leading to a normal life.

The dejected and depressed mental attitude of the breast cancer patients of the olden day is replaced by self satisfied happy members of the new generation as a result of the advanced technique of breast reconstruction and the self confidence created to face the society.

It is reported in the global media that 40% of the breast cancer patients are inclined to approach reconstructive cosmetic surgeons to avail normal or near normal feature of the affected organs with the help of cosmetic reconstructive procedures.

This inclination to acquire cosmetic shape of the organ by reconstructive surgery in the developing countries is also increasing.The reconstructive surgery of the breast cancer patients render self confidence among the affected people and to lead normal happy life.

It is reported that there is an increase of incidence of reconstructive surgery by 145% among the breast cancer patients during the last ten years.

Breast reconstruction may be done by utilizing tissues from own body or by artificial materials.

The patients are prompted to accept reconstructive surgery as there is no marked disfigurement or deformity of the body and the breast is created with attractive Condar and shape and size. Cosmetic Breast reconstructive surgery may be adopted along with breast cancer removal surgery or after few months of surgery.

It may be necessary to have additional minor surgeries to create nipple and areola. Considering the frequency of incidence of breast cancer among ladies, of late, it is the fashion in advanced countries to adopt Prophylactic cosmetic Breast surgery by removal of the breast gland and cosmetic reconstruction of the breast. This is a method of avoiding breast cancer especially this technique is a safe preventive method among family inherited cancer diseases.

The modern science has developed in such a way as to convince the ladies that they can live a safe life with a beautiful recreated breast and full confidence that they are free of breast cancer and they are being accepted by the society.
