Nirmal, Vittal sparkle
Bangalore: K. Nirmal’s 102 and Vittal Krishna’s five-wicket haul set up St. Joseph’s Indian High School’s (SJIHS) 83-run victory over KE Board School Dharwad in a Boost Cup under-16 tournament semi-final here on Monday. In the final here on Wednesday, SJIHS will play against Presidency School, RT Nagar.
The scores (semifinals):
SJIHS 253 for six in 50 overs (K. Nirmal 102, K. Navneeth 54, Sanket Diwan four for 50) bt KE Board School, Dharwad 170 in 44.5 overs (Vittal Krisna five for 35).
Presidency School, RT Nagar 119 in 47.5 overs bt Presidency School, Nandini Layout 113 in 48.3 overs .
