Lanka ‘A’ 309 for seven
VISAKHAPATNAM: Sri Lanka ‘A’ made 309 for seven against Andhra at close on the first day of the three-day match at the ACA-VDCA stadium here on Sunday.
Kaushal Silva (62, 8x4, 1x6) and K. Gunawardene (45, 7x4) were involved in a 91-run stand for the third wicket while Chamara Silva (52, 8x4) and Dammika Prasad (47, 4x5) also chipped in.
N. Israel Raju and Md. Faiq claimed two wickets each.
The scores: Sri Lanka ‘A’ 309 for seven in 81 overs (Kaushal Silva 62, K. Gunawardene 45, Chamara Silva 52, Dammika Prasad 47) vs. Andhra.
