Construction worker found dead

TAMBARAM: A 30-year-old man was found dead in Rajakilpakkam near Tambaram on Sunday. Selaiyur police said Rama Rao, hailing from Kothur in Andhra Pradesh, was employed as a mason in an apartment complex being built in Rajakilpakkam. He went to the head office of the firm in T. Nagar on Saturday morning. As he did not return, his relatives panicked and approached Selaiyur police station. And on Sunday evening, his body was found amidst bushes in Sathya Sai Nagar by residents. They, in turn, alerted personnel at Selaiyur police station. Police said he was stoned to death, adding that a special team was formed to nab the culprit.
