The All-India Congress Committee held a brief informal session on October 26 at the Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad and had a discussion on two important problems, one relating to the question of unemployment and the other in regard to the relationship between the organisation and the Government. Mr. Nehru stressed the role of small-scale and medium industries in solving the problem of unemployment. Touching on the question of planning, he said that they should keep in view a total picture of planning from an all-India point of view and not to get bogged in details.
