KANNUR: K. Narayanan, who was the first District Collector of Kasaragod, died at his residence here on Sunday. He was 81. He had served various government positions before and after his tenure as the Collector of Kasaragod, formed in 1984. He is survived by wife and two children. Cremation will be held on Monday afternoon, relatives said. — Special Correspondent
