State Bank of Mysore profit at Rs. 104 crore

BANGALORE: State Bank of Mysore has reported a net profit of Rs. 104.48 crore as at the end of September 2008, against Rs. 14.32 crore in the first quarter and an operating profit of Rs. 234.34 crore, up 83.24 per cent over the first quarter. Total business grew by 20.33 per cent (annualised) to Rs. 53,711 crore from Rs. 48,777 crore as on March 31, 2008. — Special Correspondent
