Girl missing

TAMBARAM: A first-year M.Sc. student of a private college in Pallavaram has been reported missing from her hostel.

A note, reportedly written by her, was recovered from her hostel room. Police said Swathy (21) of Hyderabad was weak in a couple of subjects. On Sunday morning, she told the hostel warden she was going to a temple in Neelangkarai.

But she did not return till 10 p.m. A complaint was lodged with police.

A search is on for the girl.
