JMC, SJC make the grade

TIRUCHI: Jamal Mohammed College (JMC) and St. Joseph’s College (SJC) qualified for the Bharathidasan University inter-zonal volleyball tournament from the Tiruchi division here on Monday.

The results (semifinals): Jamal Mohammed bt National 25-6, 25-13; St. Joseph’s bt Bishop Heber 25-14, 25-8.

Third place: Bishop Heber bt National 25-19, 25-12.
