L&T to continue its MED business

MUMBAI: Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) has decided to continue with the operations of its Mysore-based medical equipment and systems (MED) business unit, according to a statement issued by R. N. Mukhija, President – Operations. To meet the growing market need, MED is setting up a contemporary manufacturing facility on a recently acquired site close to its existing unit in Mysore. — Special Correspondent
