Wild cards for Nationals

NEW DELHI: The All India Tennis Association (AITA) has announced wild cards for the national champions in the ATP and ITF women’s tournaments to be held next year.

The men’s national champion will be given a wild card in the main draw of the ATP Tour event in Chennai in January. The National championship for men is scheduled to be held from December 1 to 6.

The women’s national champion will be given a wild card in the main draw of the $1,00,000 ITF women’s tournament to be held in Bangalore in February. The national women’s championship will be held next week at the DLTA Complex here.
