Smart Homes project from Akshaya

CHENNAI: Akshaya Homes, a Chennai-based realty developer, plans to offer ‘Smart Homes.’ ‘Aikya’ the State’s first Smart Home project in Gandhi Nagar, Chennai will be completed by 2009. All units at Aikya will be 3,050 sq.ft. duplex styled living spaces, says Chitty Babu, Managing Director, Akshaya Homes, in a release.
