Eunuchs’ role in man’s murder suspected

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: An unidentified man aged about 30 was found murdered in a graveyard at Puranapool under Kulsumpura police station area on Thursday.

The victim’s bare body was lying in a corner. Marks on his throat suggested that he was strangled to death. But injuries on his private parts prompted the police to suspect the likely role of eunuchs moving in the area now and then.

“Somehow, the killers must have managed to lure the man to the graveyard and perhaps killed him for not cooperating in the unnatural act,” Kulsumpura Inspector D. Ch. Hussain said.
