Novel protest against power cuts

A few members of the Deccan Consumer Rights Protection Council registered their protest against the prevailing six-and-half hour power cuts by shaving their heads and tying their eyes with a black cloth in the city on Thursday. They demanded the withdrawal of the prevailing power cuts. The novel protest was presided over by the Council state secretary Bharatharaja.
