Debate hots up on Telangana State
The Telangana separate statehood issue came into the focus again with Telugu Desam reversing its stand on it. And again the issue of Hyderabad being made a Union Territory too resurfaced. If the arguments over propriety of bifurcating the State are abound, some leaders are now raking up the issue of making Hyderabad as a Union Territory.
Now that election season is slowly setting, people can expect more fireworks on the Telangana issue. This is much evident from the fiery retort given by the Telangana Rashtra Samiti to the reported opposition of the MIM to the formation of Telangana State. Looks like there would be more vitriolic attacks in the offing.
