Jose, from GTRE Bangalore, won the men’s open title, while Chennai CVDRE’s Prabha Jayaram won the women’s title. Final placings: Team event: 1. CVDRE, Chennai (M. Premsagar, B. Vijayan, N. State meetThe State Civil Services meet will be held at various venues in Thiruvananthapuram from October 28 to 31.
